Schedule
The event starts Friday night at 6pm and ends around 11pm.
Saturday is 9am -11pm
Sunday is 9am- 11pm
You may come and go as you wish. We won’t chain you down unless you like that.
Food & Drink
Dinner is being provided on Friday night.
Breakfast and lunch are being provided Saturday and Sunday.
Beverages are being provided throughout the weekend. 21 means 21.

You might want to dress in layers, the rooms tends to heat up with lots of people in them and cool down with fewer.
Parking
You can park in the Centergy parking lot as outlined in the directions but it might get a little expensive. There is free parking on the street around the building after 6:00pm on Friday. They generally don’t ticket on the weekends but you take that risk (I park on Fifth Street on the weekends and have not been ticketed).
Stuff We Need
Something at least semi-nice to play music on. It can be locked up at night.
A couple of large coolers.
Ice.

You can also park on 3rd street (just east of Spring), and 8th street (between Williams and Spring), and several of the other side streets in the vicinity. However, security is a potential issue.
Also, most parking lots on Tech campus close at 10 or 11 PM, so be aware of that as well.

I will bring ice on Saturday but can’t confirm when I’ll be able to get there.
